Full Time - Warehouse Associate/ Fill in Driver- No Nights or Weekends - 1st Shift

Job description

We are looking for order picker and loaders to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to help as needed with deliveries as well as assist the Warehouse Manager with additional responsibilities. Position has advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Make local deliveries as needed in an 16-26' box truck
• Available for fill-in overnight routes as needed

Skills

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker, reliable
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• High school degree'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
