Schedule & Hours

• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Open 2-3 Saturdays per month
• Associate is required to work 1 Saturday per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a conservative, patient-first approach
• Build long-term relationships through clear communication and patient education
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and front office for efficient daily flow
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to established office protocols
• Continuously learn and adapt to the practice’s workflow and standards of care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental institution
• Active California dental license in good standing
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience required
• Strong foundation in general dentistry; pediatrics experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
