Full time/Part time-Call Center Agents (Night Shift)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Identify & mount issues to supervisors
  • Provide service knowledge to customers
  • Route calls to correct resources
  • Document all call data according to standard operating procedures
  • Follow up customer calls where needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

Shift Timings:

  • 07:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 08:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 09:00Pm - 04:00Am
  • 11:00Pm - 04:00Am

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
