Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Identify & mount issues to supervisors
- Provide service knowledge to customers
- Route calls to correct resources
- Document all call data according to standard operating procedures
- Follow up customer calls where needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in English.
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

- 08:00Pm - 04:00Am
- 09:00Pm - 04:00Am
- 11:00Pm - 04:00Am
