Job Overview: Toddler Teacher & Infant Teacher

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our young students in our toddler room and/or infant room, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This teacher will play a vital role in creating a fun and stimulating learning atmosphere, while also ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in their care.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans and educational activities that cater to the needs of toddlers ages 18 months - 2 and a half years of age.
- Provide individualized care and attention to each child, fostering their unique personalities and abilities.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and respectful environment for all students.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed of daily activities and progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support one another in their roles.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in childhood development, caregiving, and behavior management.

Requirements:

- Experience working with children, including infants and toddlers. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable daily transportation.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of caring for young children.
- Commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
