What You'll Do

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and loving environment

Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and homework

Provide nurturing and positive care that supports each child’s unique needs

Maintain clear communication with parents about progress, activities, and concerns

Adapt to family schedules and provide reliable support

Help establish and maintain routines and boundaries that align with each family's values

Requirements

At least two years of professional childcare experience

Must be 18 years or older

CPR & SIDS certification (or willing to obtain)

Willing to complete background checks, social media screening, and driving record verification

Your own reliable transportation suitable for safely driving children

Comfortable around pets (cats and dogs)

No additional children allowed on the job

Preferred Skills

Experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying

Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and/or preschool education

Experience in meal preparation and cooking for children

Background in teaching or working in daycare settings

Knowledge of first aid practices

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with children of all ages

Experience working with individuals with disabilities
