Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Fulfillment Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless order processing, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution. In this role, you will oversee the entire fulfillment process, from inventory management to shipping and receiving, driving process improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing warehouse environment that supports our e-commerce growth and logistics needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to meet fulfillment deadlines.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient team.
• Oversee inventory management systems such as Warehouse Management System (WMS) and AS400 to ensure accurate stock levels and order accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse workflows, reduce errors, and increase overall efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics activities with 3PL providers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety protocols related to heavy lifting, forklift operation, and materials handling.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and warehouse processes to maintain high standards of quality control.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse management, including warehouse supervisor roles or similar leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management techniques and logistics operations within an e-commerce environment.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and other relevant software tools like OSHA compliance systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety regulations.
