Fullstack Lead -React & Python-Bangalore-Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Python (Flask), MS SQL Database, and Azure Cloud. This role involves leading a team of developers, driving technical decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Extensive experience with Python (Flask) for backend development.

Deep understanding of MS SQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Storage, Functions, etc.).

Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.

Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization tools.
