Location: Union City, CA
Schedule: Monday－Friday

About Us:
Rich Windows and Doors is a Union City－based manufacturer and seller of custom windows and doors. We’re looking for a hands‑on IT professional to keep our network, CCTV, and end‑user systems running smoothly—and to automate routine tasks with code.

What You'll Do:

Network Operations
Install, configure, inspect, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, access points); perform change management and documentation.
Diagnose and resolve network issues; conduct routine health checks; handle basic cabling and patch panel work.

CCTV / Video Systems
Perform daily/weekly checks of CCTV/NVR/DVR and IP cameras; run diagnostics; replace/repair equipment as needed.
Troubleshoot connectivity, storage, and image‑quality issues; coordinate with vendors when required.

Desktop Support
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install and support Windows OS, drivers, Microsoft 365/Office, Outlook, and common business applications.
Handle user onboarding, profile setup, basic data backup/recovery, and asset inventory.

General IT Ops & Automation
Maintain documentation (network diagrams, asset lists, change logs).
Build automation scripts and small tools to streamline tasks (e.g., user setup, log parsing, backup checks, routine monitoring).

What We're Looking For:
Strong computer skills with basic‑to‑advanced coding/scripting ability—proficient in at least one of: Python, PowerShell, or Bash; SQL is a plus.
Able to write automation scripts, parse logs, and call REST APIs.
Relevant work experience or a degree/certification in Computer Science/IT (both welcome).
Detail‑oriented, responsible, and an effective communicator; bilingual in English and Chinese.
Must have valid U.S. work authorization and be able to legally report taxes.

Nice to have:
Windows Server/Active Directory, Microsoft 365 admin, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), network monitoring, ticketing systems, and certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA).

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
