Residential Resources is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team of DSPs working to support two women in their home in Winchester, NH.. This position includes residential and possibly community support working with an adult affected by Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities may include supporting individuals with activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care support. Experience is not required; we welcome applicants who are new to the field and excited to make someone’s life better!

We are looking for ALERT DSPS; meaning that the staff is able to sleep during the overnight hours of the shift but in the event, they are needed, they will need to assist the individual(s).

This is a three-day work week (full time 48 hours) that includes Thursday, Friday, Saturday overnights from 4pm-8am.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
