Overview
We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) to join our dynamic mental health team in an in-person and hybrid setting. Duties
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, and applied behavior analysis
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability
- Deliver specialized counseling services including addiction counseling, grief counseling, PTSD care, gender issues counseling, and working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and geriatrics
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing CPT coding for billing purposes
Requirements
- Hold an active license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) with current certification to practice independently
- Demonstrate experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, individuals with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and geriatrics
- Proficiency in psychotherapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, CPT coding, ICD coding, and crisis management
- Experience delivering telehealth services along with in-person therapy sessions in outpatient or clinic settings
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health and familiarity with medical records management systems
- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation using ICD classifications, case management, and patient care coordination
- Ability to handle high referral volumes efficiently while maintaining quality care standards
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client engagement

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
