Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, focusing on their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This position requires a strong understanding of childhood development principles and the ability to implement engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of toddlers and preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning.
• Foster a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and positive interactions among children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social skills, language acquisition, and cognitive abilities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development, behavior management strategies, and educational goals.
• Provide guidance in areas such as math concepts, literacy skills, and general knowledge through engaging activities.
• Promote positive behavior management techniques to help children develop self-regulation skills.

Requirements

• Valid CPR Card
• Cleared background check
• Strong knowledge of childhood development
• Experience in a childcare setting is highly recommended
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate children and engage with parents/guardians.
• Ability to manage classroom behavior positively
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the individual needs of each child
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth through education.
