Position: Functional Consultant

Location: Manesar, Haryana

Job Type: Full-time (On-site).

Role Description:

• Analyze and understand clients' business processes to recommend effective ERP solutions.
• Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.
• Develop documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous system improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have completed their B.com/BCA/MCA/B.Tech in IT/Computer Science

Desired Skills:

• Basic understanding of business processes like Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
• Excellent business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn ERP systems and business process automation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
• Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision & manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
