Functional Consultant

Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Must have –

• Minimum 4.5 years of full life cycle implementation & Support experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Functional professional with more than 2 end-to-end implementations in HCM.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

• Working experience in Workforce Compensation with any other two modules example HRHD/Health and Safety/ Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance.
• Redwood Functional (any two to three modules) Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation
• Working experience in Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance with any other module, example Core HR/ORC/TM.

Technical and functional skills :

• Working experience in more of these modules Fusion - in Workforce Compensation / Redwood Functional - Core HR, Absence, OTL, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation / Oracle Learning Cloud/Oracle Guided Learning/Oracle Digital Assistance
• Working experience in more of these Fusion modules –
• Workforce Compensation with any other modules
• Redwood Functional any two modules,OLC and OGL
