Location: Bin Bakar Head Office, Bahria TownJob Type: Full-time
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional Consultant or in relevant business process analysis role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, or Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users for newly implemented systems.
Skills & Tools Required:
- Business process analysis and documentation
- Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or ERP systems (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
