We Are Hiring – Functional Consultant

Location: Bin Bakar Head Office, Bahria TownJob Type: Full-time

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional Consultant or in relevant business process analysis role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, ERP systems, or Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Support implementation, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users for newly implemented systems.

Skills & Tools Required:

  • Business process analysis and documentation
  • Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or ERP systems (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
