Job Title: ERP Software Implementer / Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated ERP Functional Consultants with strong process understanding in Materials Management / Supply Chain and Accounts / Taxation. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP solutions and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical capabilities.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and map them to the ERP system.

Conduct GAP analysis, documentation, and propose feasible solutions.

Implement and support ERP modules across multiple departments.

Configure client data as per business requirements.

Facilitate functional testing, data migration, and master data validation.

Provide Go-Live and Post-Go-Live support.

Deliver end-user and key-user training sessions.

Perform case log studies and identify improvement opportunities.

Plan and manage reporting and consolidation for group companies.

Adjust business processes where necessary to align with ERP best practices.

Collaborate with technical consultants, implementation teams, and client core teams.

Maintain professional communication and presentation during client interactions.

Travel onsite for training, implementation, and support when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation and support experience.

Must have successfully implemented at least 2 ERP systems.

Strong understanding of functional processes and business workflows.

Proficient in Finance, Materials Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel onsite as per project needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in ERP implementation or consulting within the Real Estate or Infrastructure domain.

Exposure to ERP sales or pre-implementation consulting will be an added advantage.
