Job Description:

• Gather and analyze business requirements across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and related HR processes.
• Configure Taleo Recruiting (TEE) and Onboarding (Transitions) modules based on client needs.
• Design and optimize recruiting workflows, approval chains, career section setups, and onboarding processes.
• Manage requisition templates, candidate selection workflows, and offer letter configurations.
• Conduct UAT, end-user training, and prepare documentation.Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage Oracle SRs.
• Technical Responsibilities Strong SQL skills including ability to understand and write complex joins based on entity relationships between tables
• Develop and maintain integrations using Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for data extracts, imports, and third-party system interfaces.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and TCC extracts.
• Work on data mapping, transformations, and validation between Taleo and external systems.
• Should be aware of the entity relationship mapping between the tables in SQL queries for accurate reporting, troubleshooting, and integration logic.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across Taleo modules.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and Taleo security configurations.
• Knowledge of XML and data validation processes preferred

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
