We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team and support the ongoing ERP implementation project. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and management—ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective system and process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement-gathering discussions with stakeholders and document clear business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze data and existing workflows to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of ERP activities.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, workflows, SOPs, and solution designs.
  • Support system testing, UAT, and master data accuracy, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistent system performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar analytical/project coordination role.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably implementation or post-go-live support); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80.00 - Rs100.00 per month
