Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as “Functional Engineers.” This is an excellent opportunity for the candidates looking to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating business needs into functional specifications that developers can implement.
• Testing and validating systems before they go live.
• Ensuring the software’s functionality aligns with what users expect.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Provide prompt and professional customer support through various channels, including e-mail, chat, and Zoom.
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions to meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall user experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products to clients to drive revenue growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
