Functional & Lifestyle Medicine Provider ### NP / PA / MD / DO

Are you passionate about helping patients transform their health beyond prescriptions alone?

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, MD, or DO with a strong interest in functional, integrative, and lifestyle medicine to join our growing wellness-focused practice.

This role is ideal for a provider who understands that optimal health requires a deeper approach — including hormones, gut health, nutrition, supplements, behavior change, and long-term wellness coaching.

## What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a provider who:

• Understands hormone optimization and metabolic health
• Has experience or interest in gut health and functional testing
• Is knowledgeable about evidence-based supplements and lifestyle interventions
• Enjoys educating, motivating, and coaching patients
• Understands behavior change and motivational interviewing techniques
• Believes in root-cause and preventive medicine
• Values relationship-based patient care
• Is passionate about helping patients improve energy, longevity, body composition, and overall wellness

## Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:

• Functional medicine
• Lifestyle medicine
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT)
• Weight management and metabolic health
• Gut health and microbiome testing
• Nutritional counseling
• Peptide therapies
• Wellness and longevity medicine
• Preventive medicine
• Integrative medicine

Functional medicine certification is welcomed but not required for the right candidate with strong interest and willingness to learn.

## Compensation
Compensation is competitive and will be based on:

• Years of clinical experience
• Functional/lifestyle medicine background
• Specialty training and certifications
• Hormone and wellness management experience
• Leadership and coaching skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
