Location: Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–4 PM

Pay: $25–$50/hr (based on qualifications)

Overview:
A mission-driven, faith-aligned functional medicine clinic is seeking a compassionate, growth-oriented Functional Medicine Associate to support patients through transformative, lifestyle-centered wellness care. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely lives a wellness-focused lifestyle and feels called to support others in healing.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with patients in delivering functional and lifestyle medicine programs
• Support the lead provider in implementing treatment plans
• Guide patients toward sustainable health and wellness habits
• Help clients take ownership of their healing journey

Bonus Experience:

• Functional medicine background (required for consideration)
• Physical therapy, personal training, or movement-based experience
• Neufit familiarity
• Health or life coaching experience

Position Details:

• Open positions: 1
• Setting: Outpatient wellness clinic
• Caseload: 6–8 patients/day
• New grads: Welcome if they have functional medicine training
• On-call/weekends: None
• Sign-on/relocation: Negotiable

Interview Process:

• 2 rounds (Zoom → In-person)
• Feedback provided within 2 business days

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
