Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Functional Medicine / Longevity Doctor based in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering personalized, root-cause-driven medical care aimed at improving long-term health, performance, and quality of life.

The physician will conduct in-depth consultations, interpret advanced diagnostics, develop individualized longevity and wellness protocols, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional medicine and longevity consultations
• Interpret advanced laboratory testing (hormones, micronutrients, metabolic, gut health, inflammation markers, etc.)
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on prevention, optimization, and long-term health
• Prescribe and monitor supplementation, lifestyle interventions, and medical therapies where appropriate
• Collaborate with physiotherapy, rehabilitation, aesthetics, and wellness teams for integrated patient care
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, stress management, and performance optimization
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with DHA and clinic protocols
• Stay up to date with advancements in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a valid DHA license (or eligibility) to practice in Dubai
• Specialized training or certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or Longevity Medicine
• Strong understanding of preventive medicine, metabolic health, hormonal optimization, and lifestyle medicine
• Experience interpreting advanced diagnostic and functional laboratory testing
• Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a luxury, wellness-focused clinical environment
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
