Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Divine Integrative Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about root-cause healing, women’s wellness, and integrative healthcare.

We are a growing holistic wellness center blending functional medicine, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, nervous system regulation, cellular recovery therapies, and aesthetics in a calm, elevated healing environment.

We are looking for a provider who values listening to patients, critical thinking, and a more personalized approach to healthcare.

Position Type

• W2 Employee
• Part-Time to Start
• Opportunity for growth into larger role

Compensation

• $35/hour base pay
• 10% commission on services performed
• Growth opportunities available as patient base expands

Ideal Candidate

We are specifically seeking a provider with:

• Functional Medicine training/certification (required or actively pursuing)
• Strong interest in women’s health and hormone wellness
• Experience with root-cause or integrative medicine approaches (not immediately jumping to HRT)
• Comfort ordering/interpreting labs from a functional medicine perspective and developing wellness plans
• Willingness to perform blood draws when needed
• Interest in pursuing other regenerative services as demand requests within scope of practice
• Has prescribing power to use as needed
• Interest in collaborative, holistic patient care
• Willing to help promote self and participate in local marketing and outreach to grow client base

Services/Focus Areas

Potential areas of care may include:

• Women’s hormone health
• Thyroid and metabolic support
• Fatigue and burnout
• Gut health and inflammation
• Functional lab interpretation
• Weight resistance/metabolic wellness
• Longevity and preventative wellness
• IV therapy (optional but welcomed)
• Peptide/HRT knowledge a plus

Qualifications

• Valid Florida NP License in good standing
• Functional medicine certification/training
• Experience in women’s health, hormone optimization, or integrative medicine
• IV certification a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented attitude preferred
• Individual malpractice insurance
• Prescribing power

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
