Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative wellness team. In this role, you will deliver personalized, holistic care focused on optimizing health and wellness through functional medicine principles. You will assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote long-term health outcomes. Responsibilities

• Consistent, thoughtful physician support and professional development
• On site Tuesday through Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
• Patient volume averages 28 to 32 patients per week

Qualifications:

• For NP candidates: BSN, MSN/DNP, and Indiana NP certification and licensure
• For PA candidates: BS/BN, MPAS/MMS, and Indiana PA certification and licensure
• Knowledge of functional medicine and a passion for an integrative approach
• Superior attention to detail and communication
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and strong critical thinking skills
• Diagnose and treat functional medicine health concerns
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Develop and maintain the necessary knowledge base to optimally treat patients in the field of functional medicine
• Possess an understanding and comfort level with functional medicine health care
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently and with team members

Pay: $65,971.95 - $89,450.09 per year
