Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are a modern, patient-focused medical spa blending aesthetics, wellness, and functional medicine to help our clients look and feel their best from the inside out. As we expand our wellness services, we are seeking a passionate provider to help grow our hormone optimization and peptide therapy programs.

We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with a strong background in hormone optimization and peptide therapy to join our team. This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to build your patient panel and transition into a full-time position as this service line grows.

This is an ideal opportunity for a provider who is confident in this space and excited to help expand and lead a growing wellness program within a med spa environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive wellness and functional medicine consultations
• Develop personalized treatment plans focused on hormone optimization and peptide therapy
• Order and interpret labs to guide care
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust HRT and peptide protocols
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and longevity-focused care
• Deliver a high-end, supportive, and relationship-driven patient experience
• Collaborate with our aesthetic and wellness team to create integrated care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Active NP or PA license in South Carolina
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) required
• Experience with peptide therapies strongly preferred
• Background in functional or integrative medicine preferred
• Passion for wellness, longevity, and preventative care
• Strong communication skills and ability to build patient trust
• Self-motivated with an interest in growing a specialty service within a med spa setting
