Injecting Confidence Aesthetic Medicine & Wellness is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Medical Provider to help lead and grow our Functional Medicine and Longevity division. This role is ideal for an NP, DO or MD, who wants to practice deeply personalized medicine.

This intent is for this role to begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position as the department expands. We will consider starting full-time for the right applicant.

We are looking for someone who believes in root-cause medicine, patient relationships, and personalized care, and who is excited about building something meaningful within a collaborative and innovative clinic environment.

Injecting Confidence is a boutique medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in Centennial, Colorado, serving the greater Denver area.

This role will help expand and shape the future of our functional medicine program.

Role Overview

The Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive functional medicine care while helping to develop programs, protocols, and systems that support the growth of our wellness department.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys deep patient relationships, investigative medicine, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional medicine consultations
• Interpret advanced lab testing and develop treatment plans
• Manage hormone optimization protocols
• Prescribe and oversee peptide therapies
• Support metabolic health and weight management programs
• Develop personalized supplement and lifestyle protocols
• Provide follow-up consultations and patient coaching
• Collaborate with our clinical team to expand wellness offerings
• Assist in developing functional medicine programs and patient care pathways
• Provide team with ongoing knowledge and understanding of new findings in functional medicine

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a provider who is:

• Passionate about root-cause medicine
• This position is ideal for a motivated provider who enjoys building patient relationships and is interested in growing with a collaborative, patient-centered practice.
• Excited to help grow a functional medicine department at Injecting Confidence
• Comfortable interpreting basic labs as well as advanced diagnostic testing
• Collaborative, warm, friendly, and patient-focused
• Entrepreneurial in spirit and eager to contribute to program development and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Medical Doctor (MD) licensed in Colorado
• Experience in functional or integrative medicine
• Training through IFM, A4M, or other integrative programs preferred
• Experience with hormone therapy, metabolic health, or longevity medicine
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Schedule

Part-time to start with the opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role as the program expands. We will consider starting full-time for the right candidate.

Compensation

Competitive compensation structure including:

• Hourly or salary base depending on schedule
• Incentive pay

Compensation range will vary based on experience and training.
