We are seeking a provider who is clinically excellent, growth-minded, and desires to practice in an environment where faith, service, and healing intersect.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build or grow your practice within a collaborative, innovative setting that includes:

• Functional medicine & root-cause care
• Bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT)
• Advanced recovery modalities (HBOT, infrared sauna, cold plunge, etc.)
• Membership-based wellness care
• Integration with a nonprofit clinic serving underserved populations

You’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful patient relationships, practice with greater autonomy, and be part of a model that is redefining healthcare in our community.

What We’re Looking For

We are open to all licensed medical professionals (NP, PA, MD/DO, etc.) who:

• Have experience in or strong commitment to functional or integrative medicine
• Are passionate about whole-person healing and long-term patient transformation
• Desire to work in a mission-driven, faith-informed environment
• Are motivated to grow a patient panel and bring or build a following
• Value collaboration, innovation, and servant leadership
