Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultant with strong expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and SAP integration. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, focusing on configuration, system integration, and business process consulting rather than software development.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions for global clients.

Collaborate with business users to understand planning processes and translate them into system configurations.

Integrate Kinaxis with SAP ECC / S4HANA and other ERP systems.

Perform system administration, data validation, and ensure solution accuracy.

Lead workshops, conduct user training, and provide post-implementation support.

Support change management and continuous process improvement in S&OP operations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancement delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (S&OP, Demand, Supply, or Inventory Planning).

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration or support.

Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA integration points with Kinaxis.

Experience in functional consulting, business process mapping, and client interaction.

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL/integration tools is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.

Good to Have

Kinaxis RapidResponse certification(s).

Experience with other planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, O9, Anaplan).

Exposure to supply chain analytics or reporting tools.
