Job Description: Test Operator

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30p - 1:30a

The mission of the Test Operator role at RCAL Products is to work as a part of the Test team to test circuit board assemblies with quality and efficiency through rigorous documentation adherence, acute attention to detail, and thorough communication.

The following items outline the base responsibilities of the Test role at RCAL Products Inc.

● Test product
○ Test product using specialized and generic test equipment
○ Other tasks as assigned by the team leaders

● Maintain organization and cleanliness
○ All team members are expected to maintain clean and organized work stations allowing them to work efficiently and professionally

● Be a team
○ All team members are expected to work with each other to accomplish the team objectives in a kind and professional manner
○ Hold team-members accountable to company performance and procedural standards
○ Communicate with team members and team leaders to coordinate tasks and ensure that the production lines run efficiently and effectively
○ Learn and follow RCAL procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
