Funding Assistant Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Funding Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team! In this vital role, you will support the organization’s funding processes by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring accurate data entry. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting impactful projects.

Responsibilities

  • Audit final closing documents, balance closing disclosures, and authorize the wire transfer of funds for real estate transactions
  • Manage data entry tasks using software such as Qualia and Microsoft 365 to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate communication between team members, attorneys, lenders, and realtors.
  • Maintain filing systems for funding records, contracts, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
  • Provide title research with the Massachusetts Registry of Deeds
  • Proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency before submission or distribution

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with real estate and title research is highly desiriable
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
