From regular blood transfusions and dedicated blood storage to patient counseling and family support, we work every day to ensure that no child’s treatment is interrupted due to lack of resources.
At KITCC, fundraising is not just about numbers — it’s about continuity of care, dignity, and survival. We are now looking for a passionate, strategic, and relationship-focused Fundraiser / CSR Specialist to strengthen our fundraising ecosystem and expand our corporate partnerships.
Job Summary
The Fundraiser / CSR Specialist will play a key role in securing financial and institutional support for KITCC through individual donors, corporate partners, CSR programs, grants, and campaigns. This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate impact clearly, and build long-term partnerships that go beyond one-time donations.
You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to ensure fundraising and CSR initiatives directly support patient care and organizational sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Resource Development
- Design, plan, and execute short-term and long-term fundraising strategies to meet annual financial targets.
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with individual donors, philanthropists, foundations, and institutional funders.
- Develop compelling fundraising proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and grant applications.
- Plan and manage fundraising events, donor visits, hospital tours, and awareness drives.
- Maintain accurate donor records, reports, and follow-ups to ensure donor retention and trust.
- Coordinate donor acknowledgments, impact reports, and stewardship communications.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Identify and engage corporate organizations for CSR partnerships aligned with healthcare, child welfare, and social impact goals.
- Develop structured CSR programs such as child sponsorships, blood drives, employee volunteering, Zakat & Ramadan campaigns, and healthcare support initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between KITCC and corporate partners, ensuring smooth execution of CSR commitments.
- Track CSR deliverables, budgets, and timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Prepare impact reports, case studies, and documentation required by corporate partners and auditors.
Communication, Outreach & Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to create powerful fundraising narratives, donor stories, and impact content.
- Support digital fundraising efforts through campaigns on social media, email, and website platforms.
- Represent KITCC at corporate meetings, conferences, networking events, and donor forums.
- Assist in developing annual fundraising plans, calendars, and performance reports for management review.
Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
- Track fundraising performance against targets and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations, donor agreements, and CSR reporting standards.
- Maintain high ethical standards in fundraising and donor engagement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, CSR, partnerships, or resource development.
- Solid understanding of CSR frameworks, donor management, and nonprofit fundraising models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Experience using CRM systems, donor databases, or fundraising software is an advantage.
