We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager / Relationship Manager to lead capital-raising efforts for investment projects in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing relationships with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and Family Offices, with the objective of raising capital for sector-specific funds. Arabic language is an advantage, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts for upcoming funds, including a fund planned for Q1 2026.
- Promote previous and ongoing investment opportunities.
- Build, expand, and manage long-term relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and private investors.
- Develop tailored fundraising strategies and investor pitches.
- Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry events, and private wealth gatherings.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, track interactions, and provide periodic reporting to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (investment, legal, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding of investors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in fundraising, private wealth, investment placement, or private banking.
- Proven track record of raising capital at a scale of several hundred million SAR or more.
- Strong pre-existing investor network (UHNWIs and Family Offices).
- Experience fundraising in KSA is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, credible, and able to represent high-quality investment products.
- Arabic is a plus but not required.
