What you will do

1. Research Design Support – Assist in developing theories of change, indicator frameworks, logframes, sampling calculations, survey instruments, and pre-analysis plans.

Studies are structured clearly from the start. Design errors are minimized before fieldwork begins.

2. Data Cleaning & Analysis – Clean, organize, and analyze quantitative datasets (baseline/endline); run descriptive statistics; generate tables, charts, and summary outputs.

Leadership and policy teams receive accurate, structured outputs — not messy spreadsheets.

3. Data Quality Review – Support high-frequency checks; identify missing data, inconsistencies, and outliers; flag issues early to the Field Coordinator and Senior Manager.

Data integrity is protected before final reporting.

4. Reporting & Visualization – Draft sections of baseline and endline reports; prepare tables, graphs, annexes, and technical documentation; support executive summaries.

Reports are rigorous, clear, and ready for donors, government, and partners.

5. Evidence Synthesis for Policy – Translate research findings into short briefs, slides, summary notes, and data-backed talking points for the Policy & Advocacy team.

Policy conversations are backed by credible numbers, not anecdotes.

6. Dashboard & Analytics Support – Help maintain internal dashboards; track KPIs; support campaign analytics and monitoring frameworks.

Evidence flows consistently into advocacy and fundraising conversations.

7. Documentation & Research Discipline – Maintain clean datasets, version histories, codebooks, and structured folders; support IRB documentation and compliance logs.

The Impact team operates with academic-level discipline and audit readiness.

8. Grant & Proposal Support – Assist in drafting M&E sections for proposals; contribute indicators, theories of change, and evaluation plans.

Fundraising proposals are technically sound and evidence-driven.

• Enjoy working with datasets (Excel, Stata, R, or similar tools)
• Can explain a regression output in simple language
• Care about clean documentation and organized files
• Have written a thesis or research project using real data
• Can turn a table into a clean, readable slide
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Education, Statistics, or a related field
• Have 0–1 year of experience (internships, RA work, thesis research all count)
