The O’Neill Foundation of Hope and The Minnesota Real Estate Team are seeking a motivated, outgoing, organized, and relationship-driven individual for a unique hybrid role focused on fundraising, community partnerships, recruiting, and long-term growth.

This position is approximately:

  • 50% focused on fundraising and partnership development for The O’Neill Foundation of Hope
  • 50% focused on recruiting and retention efforts for The Minnesota Real Estate Team

This is a people-centered role for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, communicating by phone, in person, and helping organizations grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

The O’Neill Foundation of Hope

  • Raise funds and secure sponsorships for the weekly foundation initiatives and Houses of Hope programs
  • Reach out to businesses, donors, and community members for financial support and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong donor and community relationships
  • Assist with fundraising events, sponsorship campaigns, and outreach efforts
  • Help increase awareness of the foundation’s mission throughout the community
  • Research grant and fundraising opportunities
  • Help organize donor communication, follow-up, and appreciation efforts

The Minnesota Real Estate Team

  • Recruit talented real estate agents to join the team
  • Conduct outreach to agents and industry professionals through phone calls, meetings, networking, and events
  • Help retain current agents through relationship building and communication
  • Promote the team’s culture, lead opportunities, training, marketing, and agent success stories
  • Assist with onboarding and relationship management for new team members
  • Help grow overall visibility and awareness of the team within the real estate industry

Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable confidently asking individuals and businesses for donations, sponsorships, and support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently
  • Smart, organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Great with people and able to connect with individuals from all backgrounds
  • Positive attitude with strong networking and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable attending events, meetings, and outreach opportunities
  • Sales, fundraising in the non-profit world, recruiting, marketing, or real estate experience is a plus
  • Previous fundraising experience in the nonprofit world is a huge bonus
  • Passion for helping others, community impact, and business growth

Position Expectations

  • This position is designed to generate measurable fundraising growth, recruiting growth, and increased community partnerships
  • A formal one, three and six month review will be conducted to evaluate performance, activity, organization, communication, and overall results
  • Production goals and expectations will be established at the beginning of employment
  • Continued employment will be based upon the ability to help generate increased revenue, fundraising support, recruiting growth, and overall financial value that supports the position

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people, relationships, growth, and making a positive impact in the community. Potential for additional salary growth depending upon performance and results over time.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
