We don’t hand you a playbook. We hand you a goal.

We’ll tell you the outcome we need — leads generated, pipelines filled, deals closed. Your job is to look at that target and reverse-engineer exactly how to build it. If you need every step mapped out for you, this isn’t the role. If your instinct is to hear a goal and immediately start building toward it, keep reading.

You will NOT be considered if you:

– Have only run boosted posts or basic Meta campaigns

– Need step-by-step instructions to build a system

– Have never been accountable for real performance metrics — CPL, pipeline value, ROI

– Avoid client-facing work

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll own dealership client accounts end-to-end. That means you inherit a goal, ‘10 qualified leads per month at under $80 CPL’ and you build, launch and optimize everything needed to hit it. Funnels, automations, follow-up sequences, paid campaigns. All of it.

This role is equal parts:

– Funnel & system builder

– Paid media buyer

– Client account manager

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Building & Systems

– Design and build full lead generation funnels, landing pages, forms, thank-you flows, offers

– Create multi-step nurture sequences: SMS, email, voicemail drops, reactivation campaigns, AI-assisted follow-up

– Build pipelines, triggers and automation workflows that move leads through the funnel without manual intervention

– Configure conversion tracking, UTMs and full lead attribution from ad click to closed deal

Paid Media

– Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (Search/Display)

– Own performance: CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution — not just impressions and clicks

– Test creatives, audiences, and offers. Kill what doesn’t work. Scale what does.

Account Management

– Run client calls and own the relationship — you’re their primary point of contact

– Track performance across all accounts and catch issues before clients do

– Identify growth opportunities inside accounts and execute on them proactively

YOU’RE THE RIGHT FIT IF

Skills & Experience

– 2+ years hands-on experience building complete automation systems — not just single workflows

– You’ve built full lead generation systems: funnels, automations, integrations, follow-up sequences

– Paid ads experience on LinkedIn OR Google in addition to Meta — not optional

– You know how to set up UTMs, conversion tracking, and lead attribution inside a CRM

– You’ve managed multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball

– Strong communicator — you can explain performance to a client clearly and confidently

– You hear a goal and immediately start thinking about how to build toward it

– “There’s always a way” is your default — not “that’s not possible”

– You have energy, hunger, and something to prove — this is your stage to show what you can do

– You bring positive momentum to problems, not friction or excuses

– You’re sharp and coachable — you absorb context fast and apply it faster

NICE TO HAVE

– Experience with long sales cycle nurture (30–90+ day flows)

– Familiarity with DMS systems or inventory-based marketing

– AI tools experience for lead qualification and follow-up

– API/webhook experience beyond Zapier

Base salary + performance incentives tied to:

– Client retention rates

– Account growth

– Lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROI

4. Account Management — How do you manage multiple accounts and make sure nothing slips?
