We're thrilled to offer you an exciting opportunity to join the Assembly team at Copeland Furniture! As a Furniture Assembler, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our beautiful designs to life. You'll take pride in crafting each piece from start to finish, ensuring it meets our high standards.
About the Role
Bring furniture to life! As a Furniture Assembler, you’ll construct, fit, and perfect solid wood pieces from start to finish. Performance will be measured by your ability to produce quality assemblies on time, problem-solve challenges, and support production flow. No experience? We’ll train you to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble furniture and drawers using joinery, glues, and hardware
- Inspect for quality and repair issues as needed
- Support production targets with accuracy and speed
- Use powered hand tools and follow safe work practices
- Rotate to support other areas of the factory when needed
What You’ll Bring
- Dependable attendance and teamwork
- Ability to visualize fit-up and solve assembly challenges
- Comfort with hand and power tools
- Physical readiness: lift moderately, occasional heavy lifting
