We’re looking for a skilled carpenter or cabinetmaker who shares our belief that quality isn’t just about joints and finishes—it’s about the feeling someone gets when they open a drawer that glides perfectly or run their hand over a smoothly sanded tabletop.

What You’ll Do (The Craft):

• Transform raw materials and detailed drawings into beautiful, functional furniture and cabinetry.
• Take a project from start to finish: milling, assembling, installing, and the final satisfying touches.
• Work on a fun mix of projects—custom kitchen cabinets, built-in wardrobes, solid wood tables, interior doors, and unique one-off pieces.
• Problem-solve on the fly and collaborate with our small team to find the best way to build each design.
• Ensure every piece that leaves our shop meets our high standards for durability and beauty.

Who You Are (The Heart):

• You have experience in fine woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture making. You know your way around a shop full of tools.
• You care deeply about the details—grain matching, seamless joinery, a flawless finish.
• You’re reliable, take ownership of your work, and understand that being on-time and communicative is part of the craft.
• You’re curious and eager to learn new techniques or better ways of doing things.
• Most importantly, you get genuine satisfaction from building something real and lasting with your own hands.
