Furniture Delivery /Warehouse Associate

We are a high-end millwork company specializing in custom luxury furniture. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position splits time between warehouse responsibilities and local deliveries of custom furniture to clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

• Receive incoming shipments, including pickups from the airport and offloading at the warehouse.
• Receive onsite containers and offload crates into the warehouse.
• Verify all materials received match the packing lists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Purchase materials for projects as needed.
• Load company trucks and vans for outgoing deliveries.
• Maintain accurate tool inventory logs and update records when tools are issued.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Delivery Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks (up to 26’) and a Sprinter van.
• Review packing lists and ensure all items are present.
• At client homes, open crates, offload furniture, and place items in the designated area.
• Protect floors, walls, and other surfaces as needed during delivery.
• Take clear photos of completed deliveries for documentation.
• Inspect all products and report any damages immediately.
• Dispose of delivery debris at the local landfill after each delivery.

Requirements

• Clean driving record.
• Valid state driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Forklift operation experience and active forklift certification/license required.
• Ability to safely lift and carry at least 80 lbs.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks and working as part of a team.
• Availability Monday–Friday with varied start times (between 5–7 AM depending on routes).
• Occasional weekends may be required.
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, especially when working in clients' homes.

Candidates must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
