We are seeking a Furniture & Design Consultant for our Santa Ana showroom. This is not a traditional retail role; it is a dynamic, hybrid opportunity. You will work with local clients in our beautiful showroom while simultaneously managing a high volume of digital clients from across the US via our e-commerce platform.

The Role: Omni-Channel Sales & Design
You will act as a bridge between our physical showroom and our digital storefront. Your day will be a mix of high-touch in-person consultations and fast-paced digital sales.
- In-Store Consultation: Provide a "white-glove" experience to walk-in clients, guiding them through fabric selections, customization options, and floor planning.
- Digital Sales & E-Commerce: Actively engage with online inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will convert web traffic into sales by creating quotes, sending payment links, and offering virtual design advice.
- Design Services: Utilize design tools to create mood boards and floor plans that help clients visualize our products in their homes.
- Relationship Building: Manage a robust pipeline of leads. You will follow up on quotes, resolve post-sale questions, and turn one-time buyers into lifelong clients.
- Showroom Excellence: Assist in maintaining the visual standards of the showroom, including merchandising, tagging, and inventory management of swatches and samples.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is as comfortable closing a sale over a Zoom call as they are face-to-face.
- Luxury Experience (Preferred): 2+ years of experience in luxury furniture sales, interior design, or high-end retail. You understand the nuances of selling premium products.
- Digital Fluency: You are tech-savvy. You are comfortable using CRMs, e-commerce backends, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools to drive business.
- Communication Skills: You have exceptional written and verbal etiquette. You can craft professional emails to high-net-worth clients and navigate complex customer service scenarios with grace.
- Design Eye: You have a genuine passion for interior design and keep up with current trends (a portfolio or ability to create mood boards is a plus).
- Reliability: Available to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Compensation & Logistics
- Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure.

- Showroom Hours: Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Schedule: 5 days a week, including Saturdays (as determined by management)

Pay: $52,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
