Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Furniture Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, estimating, and analyzing the costs of furniture solutions for our commercial clients. You will collaborate with our designers, sales representatives, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive estimates that meet our clients' needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications, design plans, and requirements to develop detailed furniture estimates.
• Calculate material costs, labor, and other factors to prepare accurate quotes.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to review designs and suggest alternative options for cost savings.
• Communicate directly with our clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Maintain records of estimates and project files for future reference and audits.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Address any discrepancies in estimates and provide solutions promptly.
• Assist the sales team with product knowledge and technical details as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a furniture estimator or in a similar role within the furniture or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial furniture products and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Dubai market conditions and local suppliers is a plus.
