Position: Estimator / Sales coordinator
Division: Office Furniture Division
Surfaces furnishings LLC, a multi divisional Interiors business, is looking to recruit a specialist estimator for its office furniture division. Based in Dubai, Oud Metha area we are close to the metro and bus services for easy access. This newly established position will report directly to the divisional head, support its sales team with quality accurate cost estimates and be an integral part of a long-established team of professionals
With a full range of products and services we cater for Commercial, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
Key skill sets we are looking for:
- Proficient in CAD and other relevant software is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software Excell and Word
- Quick to learn and able to adapt to new tasks
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the same or a related field
- Ability to prepare furniture BOQ and drawings.
- Capable of extracting and analysing information from inquiries
- Have a good understanding and experienced using ERP systems

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Quotations and handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Liaising with warehouse and operations team , accounts , finance , logistics , procurement etc.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
Sales Coordinator Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Engineering.(Civil or architechture)
- 2 or more years experience as Sales/Engineering Coordinator.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Note: Salary Bracket will depend on experience and skills.
