Furniture Factory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at a furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading furniture manufacturing companies in Pakistan or the GCC. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage end-to-end factory functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily factory operations, including production, planning, and workflow management
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
  • Manage and lead supervisors, engineers, and factory staff
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Monitor inventory, raw materials, and coordination with procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams for timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing
  • Proven experience with Interwood Mobel or similar companies in Pakistan or GCC
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and factory KPIs
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • GCC experience is preferred

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Master's (Required)

Experience:

  • Furniture Factory: 4 years (Required)

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Arabic (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
