Our showroom offers curated furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories, and interior styling services for both local and out-of-state clients. Position Overview

This role combines retail sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and interior design support. The ideal candidate has a passion for interiors, understands luxury service, and can confidently guide clients through furniture and decor selections while supporting day-to-day showroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom
• Build relationships with clients and provide an elevated shopping experience
• Help clients select furniture, rugs, lighting, art and accessories
• Assist lead designers with space planning, styling and design presentations
• Maintain showroom appearance and visual merchandising standards
• Process orders, quotes and client follow-up communication
• Coordinate with vendors, deliveries and installations
• Support inventory organization and receiving processes
• Collaborate with the design and sales team on projects and client needs
• Stay informed on product knowledge, trends and vendor collections

Qualifications

• Strong interest in interior design, furniture and home decor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic retail environment
• Sales experience required
• Experience with design software, canva and spreadsheets is a plus
• Ability to lift and move heavy decor items is a must
• Weekend availability preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
