Furniture Installer / Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Furniture Installer / Driver to join our growing team. You will be the face of Officebase, responsible for delivering our high-quality office furniture and providing expert on-site installation. We pride ourselves on precision, on-time delivery, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving & Delivery: Safely transport office furniture (desks, ergonomic chairs, workstations) from our warehouse to client locations across the UAE.
• Installation & Assembly: Read technical drawings/manuals to assemble and install furniture perfectly.
• Loading & Unloading: Carefully load the vehicle to prevent damage and unload at the destination using proper lifting techniques.
• Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and polite experience for our clients. Handle paperwork, delivery notes, and basic on-site queries.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks on the delivery vehicle and ensure it is kept clean and well-maintained.

Requirements & Qualifications

• License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual Driving License (Light Vehicle or Heavy Vehicle depending on your fleet).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in furniture assembly and installation (specifically office furniture, workstations, and modular systems).
• Skills: Ability to use power tools (drills, drivers) and basic hand tools efficiently.
• Physical Fitness: Must be capable of heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the day.
• Language: Basic English is required for communication; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
• Attitude: Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player.
