Experienced Luxury Furniture Sales Associate – Full Time

Colorado Style Home Furnishings is hiring an experienced luxury furniture sales professional for our South Denver showroom. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused closer with a passion for high-end furniture and interior design.

You will guide clients through furniture and interior design selections, conduct in-home consultations, and close sales utilizing top-tier furniture brands in a large in-stock inventory, custom furniture selections, luxurious leathers, and premium fabrics. Our expansive furniture showroom inventory is updated weekly. This position is supported by paid training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of luxury sales experience (furniture or high-end retail preferred)
• Proven ability to generate sales, close deals, and exceed goals
• Strong eye for color, detail, and interior design
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Available to work flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized high-end furniture and interior design solutions
• Conduct furniture consultations and in-home design visits
• Communicate product features, customization options, and timelines
• Process sales accurately and manage orders through delivery
• Maintain showroom presentation and collaborate with the sales team
