Job Title: Furniture Online Sales Person

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced online Furniture Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Handle online inquiries and sales through social media platforms, emails, and other digital channels.
  • Create and manage social media ads to attract new customers and generate leads.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of furniture products and trends to provide expert advice.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in furniture sales.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (CANVA, 2d basic drawings etc).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus point)
