Job Summary:

We are looking for a Furniture Procurement Executive who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing furniture and related materials for interior and hospitality projects. The role requires strong vendor coordination, cost optimization, and quality assurance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source furniture, fittings, and materials from domestic and international vendors
• Identify new suppliers and develop long-term vendor relationships
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQs, lead time, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement as per project timelines
• Coordinate with design, project, and sales teams to understand material requirements
• Track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery
• Ensure product quality, specifications, and compliance with project standards
• Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and pricing sheets
• Handle cost comparison, budgeting, and cost-saving initiatives
• Resolve supply-related issues, delays, or quality concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Interior Design, or related field
• Experience in furniture procurement, sourcing, or purchase (interior/furniture industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial interior projects
• Knowledge of export procurement or international sourcing (added advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
