Furniture - Proposal Engineer

Requirements :

1. Oversee FF&E documentation packages, schedules, control books, and procurement processes.

2. Direct and review furniture installation plans, shop drawings and submittals for content, accuracy, and overall design integrity

3. Serve as principal contact for the purchasing agent

4. Review samples for compliance with specifications and design intent.

5. Specify furnishings, materials, finishes, and accessories in line with project narratives and client briefs

6. Assists in the development of FF&E budgets and Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) that meet project requirements.

7. Present design concepts, materials, and finishes to clients, explaining the story and the reason behind the selections.

8. Conduct site visits for installation, and quality assurance.

9. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects to adjust work accordingly, sometimes against tight deadlines.
