Furniture Sales Associate

Traditions Home & Design is seeking a friendly, motivated Furniture Sales Associate to join our showroom team.

As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the selection process to find pieces that match their style and needs. Your responsibilities include maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products, building lasting customer relationships, and maintain showroom presentation.

What you’ll do:

Create a positive first impression and comfortable, inviting environment - Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom

Help clients select furniture and finishes that suit their style and needs

Process sales, place and track orders, schedule deliveries, and focus on post-order management

Work collaboratively with our design and sales team

What we’re looking for:

A proactive relationship builder who creates trust through thoughtful listening and follow-through

3 Years experience in luxury sales

Proven ability to generate sales, close deals, and exceed goals

Strong eye for color, detail, and design

Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

Comfortable working weekends and occasional holidays

*Preference placed on candidates with interior design and design-related retail experience.
