Heynssens-Selin’s is seeking a sales professional with an eye for design.

This position blends sales performance with creative influence. You will serve customers on the sales floor while also helping shape the look, feel, and presentation of our showroom. Depending on skill level, there may be additional opportunity to directly assist clients by offering site visits and full scale design consultations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a natural sense of style and spatial awareness
• Enjoys merchandising and refreshing displays
• Can confidently guide customers on color, layout, and product pairing
• Is motivated equally by sales goals and customer satisfaction
• Takes pride in creating a beautiful, inspiring showroom

A degree in Interior Design is not required — but strong design instinct and visual awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with furniture and home design decisions
• Create cohesive room presentations and styling suggestions
• Help update and rotate showroom displays
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards
• Follow up on sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Stay current on product lines and trends

This is both a sales and creative leadership opportunity.

• Sales experience preferred

• Available for retail hours (some evenings and Saturdays)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
