We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate / Design Consultant to join our team. This role is primarily focused on furniture sales and managing client relationships. It combines high-touch retail sales with design consultation, enabling you to help clients create beautiful, functional spaces while earning an uncapped income.

What You’ll Do

Furniture Sales & Client Experience

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the showroom experience
  • Present, recommend, and sell furniture and accessories
  • Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups and referrals
  • Understand client goals, lifestyle needs, and budget parameters
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
  • Manage customer questions, concerns, and post-sale support
  • Maintain organized client records and sales materials

Opportunity for Career Growth: In-Home Interior Design Program

High-performing sales associates may have the opportunity to advance into our In-Home Interior Design Program. This optional program allows you to expand your skill set, offer elevated services to clients, and grow your earning potential. Training is provided.

In-Home Design Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to support furniture and room planning
  • Provide space planning and furniture layout recommendations
  • Create inspiration boards, mood boards, and design presentations
  • Assist with material and furnishing selections
  • Develop project timelines and cost estimates
  • Place orders and coordinate delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in retail sales, commission-based sales, or customer service
  • Confidence in selling high-ticket products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
  • Furniture sales experience preferred; design experience a plus but not required.

Earning Potential

  • Weekly base draw plus monthly commissions
  • Average annual earnings: $45,000–$85,000+
  • Uncapped commission—you control your income
  • The more effort and creativity you bring, the more you earn

Schedule

  • Store hours:
  • Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Weekends required
  • shifts (9:15 AM–5 PM)
  • 2 weekdays off

  • Furniture Sales / Design: 2 years (Preferred)
  • High Ticket Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
